Jogging or walking

Aktiviti jogging atau walking adalah diantara aktiviti untuk kesihatan yang diamalkan oleh kumpulan mamattu. Terdapat beberapa tips mengenai aktiviti ini yang dimuat turun dari internet untuk renungan dan panduan pembaca yang budiman. Diantaranya ialah:
Enjoy Your Health with Walking or Jogging

When you have crossed 40 years of age, it is time to concentrate on your health; you have to go for periodical check up of your body to ascertain whether you have complaints like diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol etc.

Let us assume that you have no any complaints. Even then you can not remain lax; It is your duty and responsibility to keep yourself fit and healthy and not to become obese; Considering your age, if you are not a sportsman or if you are not in the habit of playing any games, the easiest and the cheapest way of maintaining your health is to practice walking at least 30 minutes a day, thrice in a week.

It is heartening to note that you have decided to walk regularly to keep yourself fit and healthy.Previously not used to walking, you may be vacillating as to when to walk, whether in the morning or in the evening. Why should we prefer early morning walk or jog ?

The early morning walk or jog, especially between 0400 a.m and 0500 a.m is the best for the following reasons:

1.Your mind and body remains fresh and relaxed after a sound sleep;
2. In the early morning, you can inhale fresh air, which is less polluted or without any pollution.Hence, you can have the intake of more Oxygen in the early morning than in the evening.
3.If you decide to walk in the evening, the atmospheric air may have become polluted and congested; and in addition to that you will also have noise pollution.
4.You might have been very busy throughout the day and so your mind and body might have become tired, when you go for walking in the evening.
5.You can either speed walk or walk slowly according to your body requirements. If you decide to walk slowly, you have another added advantage;if you are a blogger, a freelancer or a writer, while walking you can also think over a topic for blogging or even develop an idea for writing an article or an essay or develop a plot for a short story etc.
6.In the early morning the atmosphere will be very calm and serene and so your creative thinking will get stimulated and will have no disturbance.
7.If possible, while walking or jogging, you can also have the company of your spouse or friends that will forge your relationship, making them more close with you, besides keeping them healthy.If you are a writer, you can also have an opportunity to discuss with them about your writing.
8.Early morning walk keeps your mind and body healthy throughout the day, whatever may be your career, whether you are a very busy entrepreneur or a professional like a doctor or a lawyer or a powerful officer or an official.This advantage is not available when you choose to walk in the evening.
9.Even those people who prefer to go for gyms or remain at home to use walkers, should do it only early in the morning during a fixed time, routinely and regularly according to your circumstances and requirements, so as to remain fresh throughout the day..
10.People having the complaints like diabetes, cholesterol and blood pressure, when they walk or jog in the early morning can keep their health hazards under check and control. Since, the intake of more oxygen helps you to purify your blood and by that way helps to control or reduce, your blood sugar or cholesterol. But people having these complaints should have a regular and periodic medical check up, before going for walking or jogging.

    4 - DON'T SLEEP WITH MAKE UP
    People who sleep with make up might have skin problems in the long
    run. Sleeping with make up will cause the skin to have difficulty in
    breathing and problem in perspiring. You will also need a much longer
    time to go into deep sleep.

    5 - DON'T SLEEP WITH OTHERS' WIFE / HUSBAND
    You may never wake up again. :
